The cover has been designed to easily hold with one hand while turning the ergonomic handle with the other. It fits securely on the base so that there is no spillage or splashing on the counter-top. The handle has an integrated funnel so that small quantities of oil or flavorings can be easily added without removing the cover. The whisks are detachable for easy cleaning but may be left on for dishwasher cleaning.
